Amy Kanyuk has been appointed as the chair of ACTEC's Fiduciary Administration Committee, which is a substantive committee that addresses issues relevant to Fellows who serve as trustee or executor, work for corporate fiduciaries, and who represent and advise fiduciaries on matters involving trust and estate administration and fiduciary risks.

For the eighth straight year, Amy Kanyuk has been selected as a “Band One” lawyer in the Chambers High Net Worth Rankings. Band 1 is the highest ranking achievable, and is based on Chambers' assessment of a lawyer's technical legal ability and professional conduct, based on peer review. In 2024, only four Band 1 attorneys were named in New Hampshire.

Amy is one of only five estate planning professionals to receive this prestigious award in 2024, which is given annually in recognition of lifetime achievement and outstanding contributions to the practice and profession of estate planning.
